To access a quick view of your account balances, navigate to the benefit account summary page. Each account displays in a separate tile, and provides at-a-glance details such as balance, amount spent, and important dates surrounding your account’s plan year.
To enter a claim and request reimbursement, open the submit claim page and complete the form. Be sure to upload a receipt if you have one. You can click browse to navigate to the receipt file, or drag & drop. Click ‘submit’ to send the request to your administrator for processing.
Once you are registered and signed in to the Mobile app, you will see the main navigation screen, with buttons leading to the primary areas of the application:
Accounts
View your benefit accounts and transaction details.
Account Activity
View card details, access PIN, mark your card as lost or stolen.
Add Expense
Submit a claim and view pended claims.
Account Activity is a single screen where you can view all activity. This page contains transactions, claims, payments, reimbursement, pending items and more.
Tap an activity to view the transaction level details.
Your card can be used on eligible expenses depending on your employer’s plan selection. If you are prompted for a PIN, use the ZIP code for the address you have on file with your employer. Remember to swipe your card as a credit card if prompted at the point of sale.
Eligible expenses will vary depending on the type of account you have with Adesso. Prior to using your card, please call our team at 1 888-338-6438 to verify what types of merchandise and services you can pay for with your account.
Logging into the Adesso online portal or mobile app makes it easy to access your balance information in real-time as well as perform other common tasks (like submitting an expense claim). If your card is not working, you can call the Adesso team at 1 888-338-6438. In the event that we are unable to immediately assist you, we can help you claim your funds to reimburse yourself after the fact, for eligible expenses.
